Cosonovo is a company that strives to deliver quality to its clients and is dedicated to excellence in capital markets.

It is focussed on change management advising businesses not only how to set up change programmes but also has the capabilities to deliver change within an organisation. Current clients include Tier 1 investment banks as well as exchanges with projects that have included supplier selection exercises, programme management and advisory work.

Cosonovo is not only able to take clients form the initial market scans through the due diligence process, the writing and management of the tender documents, legal and commercial negotiations to supplier selection but also then manage the change process.

We work with clients as part of their organisation often being embedded within the culture and creating a team that includes client and consultant resource. This eases the handover process and ensures that the 'us and them’ mentality is kept to a minimum. In addition we work hard to leave skills, processes and knowledge with the client so that they are able to successfully manage the operation without ongoing consultancy fees.

Based in London, Cosonovo, takes pride in its knowledge of the City, the capital markets clients that it works for and the external factors impacting those clients.
