Case Study
Recently one of our consultants managed the delivery of the Transaction Reporting System at the UK regulator. This high availability online system has an interface used by in excess of 600 financial institutions in the UK and is critical to the FSA’s ability to monitor for market abuse. As part of the Steering Group the consultant was a key business and technical interface driving the programme to deliver on time and to budget. The consultant was responsible for all aspects of the programme lifecycle from legal negotiations, initiation, requirements gathering, development, business process change and quality assurance.
